One of the most important and binding principles of editorial policy is counteraction to plagiarism and self- plagiarism.

Plagiarism is the disclosure of (partly or all) scientific (creative) results obtained by other persons as the results of their own research (creation) and/or reproduction of published texts of other authors without specification of authorship.

Self- plagiarism is the provision in the materials of the manuscript of his previously published scientific results, as new results.

Since each manuscript is protected by copyright after its publication, the author submits to the publisher the exclusive rights to print and use it (see the Copyright Transfer Agreement), the author cannot copy his own material for the new manuscript without the permission of the copyright owner. An exception can be made when quoting the author's short phrases from his own work with posted relevant links.
