Abstract

In the article examines the dynamics of cytopathic hypoxia markers changes in patients with acute biliary pancreatitis depending on whether they have concomitant diabetes, which in this case is an independent predictor of premorbid weighting and increase the degree of operational and anesthetic risk. Stated that the cytopathic hypoxia markers are promising with regard to their use as a method of early diagnosis of acute liver failure and techniques for monitoring the effectiveness of its correction. Proved that the performance cytopathic hypoxia able to differentiate on stage laboratory diagnosis destructive and non-destructive forms of acute biliary pancreatitis. Revealed that markers of endothelial dysfunction can separate destructive forms of space and depth destruction of the pancreas
