Analysis of thanatogenesis of polytrauma within the combined died as a result of damages

Abstract

From the regional forensic bureau analyzed 4,700 acts forensic investigation acts of death for the period from 2008 to 2012. According to the forensic medical examination of all fatal deaths arising from indoor and outdoor (injury) damage was 799 cases (17%), at the same time in 582 (72.8%) of deaths were closed injuries, and 217 (27, 2%) open (different types of wounds including gunshot). In total first place in frequency of deaths by gender occupied males 78% and females 22%. By age among men of different age groups occupied the first place dead 40 - 50 years old accounted for 29.5% of the total sample, the second place was occupied by a group of 50 - 60 years of age accounted for about 21.8%. Among the 799 deaths affected 90.8% associated injuries. On the basis of the analysis of autopsy frequent causes of injuries were road accident and drop.
