Abstract

The pathogenesis of systemic violations of the conditions of experimental trauma leading value growth has content proinflammatory cytokines of TNF-β and interleukin-1 β in blood serum. A characteristic feature of their dynamics is 2 times increasing - on 3 and 21 days. The content of serum interleukin-6 undergoes severe vibration disturbances with a significant decrease to 3 days, a significant increase on day 7 and normalization for 14-28 days. Vibrational dynamics to polytraumashows content interleukin-10 too, which increases noted on 7 and 21 days in response serum.
