Abstract

The study compared the results of laparoscopic treatment of patients with cholelithiasis using the methods of standard tensed carboxyperitoneum (10-12 mm Hg) and dosed lift-assisted carboxyperitoneum (4-6 mm Hg). These methods did not differ significantly in terms of conversion frequency, intra- and postoperative complications, length of hospital stay. The usage of the proposed method prolongs the duration of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on average 14 minutes, however, significantly reduces the level of pain in the early postoperative period.
