Abstract

Improving of embryo selection for women with a good ovarian reserve, a large number of embryos and repeated implantation failures can be extremely important. In this group of patients morphokinetic characteristics of euploid embryos that implanted and those that not implanted were studied retrospectively. It was found no significant difference in morphokinetics. Most significant thing for the evaluation of embryo implantation potential was found such morphological feature as the presence and severity multinucleation. Overall, time-lapse observation is an informative method for assessing of the early embryo development.
