Abstract

In the research the new data of sensitivity clinical strains of Рseudomonas aeruginosa, isolated from patients with deep burns, to aminoglycosides. For the first time, the analytical dependence of dynamic prognostic changing criteria of Р. aeruginosa sensitivity to gentamycin, tobramycin, amikacin were found by means of mathematical prognostication. Low sensitivity to gentamycin, amikacin was found in clinical strains of Р. aeruginosa. The low recrudescence of Р. aeruginosa to tobramycin was found. The further prognosis of decreasing sensitivity to aminoglycosides in Р. aeruginosa, was established.
