Abstract

The aim of this study was to comparative the analysis of conservation of infectivity Coxsackie B clinical isolates and laboratory strains in vitro. There were used museum prototypic strains and clinical isolates of virus Coxsackie B and Coxsackie B6 in the research. The experimental results indicate about high stability comparatively of studied viral populations at 4oC. At temperature increase the sharp decline of enteroviruses resistance was registered. The results of the research proved resistance decrease in clinical isolates of Coxsackie B viruses after prolonged cultivation in cell culture.
