Abstract

The work carried out morphometric and morphologic analysis tissue reaction of rats to implantation of surgical suture material modified with polypropylene nanocomposites silver. Studies have shown that liver tissue and skeletal muscle in experimental animals in the first three days there was a pronounced inflammatory reaction, which reduced to seven days of observation. In observation of deadlines (30 and 180) days of inflammation is not detected, which was confirmed by morphometric studies and the nature of the cell implanted ligatures around.
