Abstract

On experimental model of osteoarthritis of the rats has been studied periodontal state. Established that on the 60th day of the experiment on the background the progression of osteoarthritis in the intervertebral disc in 100% of experimental animals diagnosed periodontal state that similar to the course of periodontitis in humans, which was confirmed by microscopic research of periodontal tissues. On the 90th day of animals observation established encumbrances and deepening of pathological changes in periodontal tissues, on what indicate dependence of progression the pathological process in periodontal tissues from degenerative- dystrophic lesions of the spine. Comparing efficiency of periodontal disease's treatment on rats with experimental osteochondrosis by traditional and proposed complex health care method with lesions of the intervertebral discs in the cervical spine has established dominance of the last, as evidenced by the results of macroscopic and microscopic examination.
