Abstract

The problems of disability and rehabilitation in diseases of the genitourinary system have serious social consequences, due to the relatively high rates of disability of young working population, increasing their spending on pensions and an increase in society of people with limited life. The current structure of the domestic needs of disabled genitourinary pathology in the activities of medical and social rehabilitation. Established that their scope is different depending on the type of rehabilitation, age and severity of disability. Discovered priority area of rehabilitation of patients - "medical rehabilitation", including "restorative treatment", "prevention measures", "medical supervision". Found that doctors MSEС during the formation IPR underestimate the role of services "physical", "professional", "social" rehabilitation, "Rehabilitation equipment", "medical products" to eliminate restrictions of life. The formation IPR needs improvement and unification.
