Abstract

Recurrent miscarriage (RM) is a polyetiology disease, which is an acute social and medical problem. In this study, women with recurrent miscarriage we determined gene polymorphism of progesterone receptor and endothelial growth factor of vessels as a possible cause of embryo implantation pathology. In 26 women with the help of molecular genetic study revealed polymorphism of progesterone receptor gene, which amounted to 29.46%. At 79.54% of women were identified polymorphism vascular endothelial growth factor; at 9.09% it was found polymorphism of both genes. Due to obtained results we can conclude that one of the key factors for RM is a violation of the process of angiogenesis, which determines the state of the endometrium in peri-implantation period.
