Abstract

To determine the relationship human papillomavirus (НРV) infection with infertility we studied the prevalence of НРV in women with different forms of infertility with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). In work used clinical data (results of colposcopic studies) inpatient and outpatient charts of 250 patients with CIN, the PLR to detection of viral DNA НРV of high carcinogenic risk (WRC) and morphological (histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical) methods. The presence of genital warts in 13,6% of women can be regarded as a cervical factor that can impede fertility in addition to set their type of infertility. The initiating factor in the development and progression of neoplastic transformation of the cervix in women with infertility should be considered HPV of WRC, as evidenced by the significant advantage (62,8%) infected patients and increase the frequency of detection of HPV by increasing the degree of severity of CIN. Among the causes of infertility in women with CIN associated with НРV- infection at 3-5 and viral load >5 copies of HPV Іg/105 prevails tubal factor (49,0%). Analysis of the expression levels of the distribution p16ink4a types of infertility showed a significant predominance of the pipe in all study groups in diffuse reaction p16ink4a that НРV can be considered as one of the probable good reasons reproductive disorders.
