To determine the efficacy of the implementation of new technologies in ip arthroscopy comprehensive survey of 80 patients underwent arthroscopic treatment for hip osteoarthritis of I-II degree was conducted at the traumatology department of Vinnitsa Regional Hospital named after N.I. Pirogov during the period from 2006-2015 years. Implementation of new technologies in hip arthroscopy has statistically significant (p<0,01) reduced the duration of surgery and intraoperative blood loss. Minimally-invasive surgery using new tools increased its efficacy, which was reflected in reducing pain and improving the function of the hip joint in the early postoperative period. The study proves the efficacy of new technologies and the need for their broad implementation in practice of modern orthopedic surgeons.
