Pathomorphological changes in the respiratory part of the lungs in case of experimental acute renal failure

Abstract

In the experiments done on 72 Vistar line white male rats using light-optic and electronic-microscopic methods, we have studied microscopic and ultrastructural changes of the respiratory part of pulmonary components caused by the experimental acute renal failure in dynamics (12, 24, 72 hours). It has been established that in 12 hours after beginning of the experiment were observed mainly reactive changes in the respiratory part of the lungs. With increase of duration of the experiment (24–72 hours), we have observed both dystrophic-destructive and adaptation changes in type I and II alveolocytes, endothelial cells blood capillaries, alveolar macrophages.
