Dynamics of electron microscopic changes in skin of rats after thermal trauma by the conditions of application of HAES-LX-5 % solution

Abstract

Electron microscopic studies have established that in the early stages after the thermal trauma by the conditions of application of the HAES-LX-5 % solution hemocapillaries are better preserved in the wound edge area of the wound and a reduction in edema of the connective dermis tissue are observed. The positive effect of the drug was more pronounced at 7 and 14 days of the experiment. Submicroscopic skin condition in the late period after a burn with the use of a solution of HAES-LX-5 % indicates a significant normalization of its structural components. Regeneration processes lead to the epithelization of the wound site and formation of connective tissue of the dermis.
