Histological changes in the small intestine in the late stages of burn disease after the correction with infusion solutions

Abstract

In rats, which after burn injury of 21-23% of body surface area injected during the first seven days solutions of “lactoprotein with sorbitol” or HAES-LX-5% in a dose of 10 ml per kg at the light-optical level, established reducing the disturbance of microcirculation and accumulation of edema fluid in the connective tissue stroma of the intestinal villi, as well as less pronounced dystrophic and necrobiotic changes in the enterocyte cytoplasm, in contrast to the rats that were injected with 0.9% NaCl solution after burning the skin. However, even after 30 days after the burn injury of the skin in the wall of the ileum of rats, which were injected with solutions of “lactoprotein with sorbitol” or HAES-LX-5%, there is no complete compensation for pathological changes.
