Features of the relationships of variability of heart rhythm with anthropos-somatotypological parameters of the body of practical healthy girls with different types of hemodynamics

Abstract

In practically healthy urban girls of Podillia with different types of hemodynamics, features of correlations between indicators of cardiac rhythm variability and anthropo-somatotypological parameters of the body and the force of brush compression have been established. The greatest number of connections with cardiac heart rate variability were established for statistical data in girls with hyperkinetic hemodynamic type; indicators of variation pulsometry - in girls with hypokinetic and eukinetic type of hemodynamics; of spectral indices - in girls with a hyperkinetic type of hemodynamics. The greatest number of connections with anthropometric and somatotypological indicators is established: for diameters of the body and indicators of the component composition of the body weight for Matiegka in girls with a hypokinetic type of hemodynamics; for the force of brush compression and longitudinal body size in girls with eukinetic type of hemodynamics; for the component composition of the body weight by Matiegka, longitudinal body sizes, the width of distal epiphyses of the limbs and the circumferential size of the body in girls with hyperkinetic hemodynamics.
