Abstract

The article presents a modern data sample on the leading role of leptin in the development of the inflammatory process and the pathophysiology of osteoarthritis. The emphasis has been made on the necessity to understand the mechanisms behind the development of osteoarthrosis, as the basis for the implementation of the personalized treatment approach.
