Abstract

An experimental study on 60 mature male rats has done. Adaptive-compensatory changes after nephrectomy performed manifested in the early stages of the experiment compensatory hypertrophy of the renal corpuscles area and reorganization of the vascular bed. In the later stages of the experiment in part of nephrons developes morphological changes of destructive nature.
