Aim of this study was to determine the localization of fibrin masses, their "age" and the relative amount in various structures of the lung tissue at pulmonary tuberculomas in cases w ith morphologically different activity of inflammation. The qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the size and type of the localization of fibrin in the inner contents of tuberculoma and in structures of perifocal areas of the lung were obtained at varying degrees of a specific inflammatory process activity, and plausible explanations of these observations are provides. It was found that when a high degree of activity of specific inflammation characteristic feature is the presence of different "age" fibrin deposits, and amounts in many histological lung tissue structures. Reliable signs are massive or moderate deposits of young and/or mature fibrin in the inner contents of tuberculoma (p<0,001), in inflammatory cell infiltrates near tuberculoma. Additional reliable sign is the detection of groups of the alveoli with exudative reaction near tuberculomas and the presence of mature fibrin in the exudate in moderate amounts (p<0,01). At a moderate degree of specific inflammation activity the characteristic feature are massive deposits of "old" fibrin in the inner caseation necrosis contents of tuberculoma (p<0,001) and the possibility of the presence of small "traces" of mature fibrin.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Reports of Morphology}, author={LiskinaІ.
