We proposed biomechanical "route" of the model: "structure anomalies" - "disturbance of biomechanical relations + "disturbance of endocrine regulatory mechanisms of bone formation and resorption" = "destruction of the epiphyseal-metaphyseal relations", which defines the essence of diseases. The new concept of the origin and development of the disease contributes to the reorientation of the causes and nature of the pathological process development in case of juvenile slipped capital femoral epiphysis that leads to improvement of diagnostic and treatment approach, and as a consequence, to improvement of the results of treatment of these patients.</p&gt;}, number={2}, journal={Reports of Morphology}, author={Shkatula, Yu.
