Of particular importance in this growth become socially excluded groups, particularly in HIV-infected. We studied 116 cases of CAP in HIV-infected victims (core area) and 116 cases in the affected PDP without HIV infection (a control array). Among HIV-infected patients with polytrauma prevalent person of 50 years.
