The first structural changes were found in the lymph nodes within one to two weeks of Nalbuphine, which were manifested by an increase in the relative area of the cortical substance and a decrease in the relative area of the brain substance, the emergence of new secondary lymphoid nodes, a slight expansion of the brain interstitial lymph nodes. After 3–4 weeks of the experiment in the parenchyma of the lymph node destructive changes are evolving: there are few destructively altered lymphocytes and reticular cells, thickening of the capsule node. The structure of the vessels is changing: the veins are deformed, full-blooded, densely filled with uniform blood elements; the artery wall is thickened; hemocapillaries are expanded. With prolonged exposure to Nalbuphine within 5–6 weeks, pathological changes in the structural components of the lymph node are deepened. Embryonic centers of lymphoid nodules are enlarged, both destructively altered cells and cells with signs of mitosis occur. Brain joints are twisted, their parenchyma intercellular spaces are expanded and vascular edema is noted. The veins and venules are dilated, full-blooded, the artery wall is thickened, hemocapillaries are expanded. Some vascular walls are destroyed, which leads to bleeding in the parenchyma of the node. One week after the discontinuation of the drug there are no reversible changes. ER -
