The results of the research show a clear dependence of the process of multiple postinjection wound healing of the skin on the duration of opioid injection. Injection of Nalbuphine in conventional therapeutic dose for 2 weeks can be considered safe for the course of reparative processes and the development of adequate regenerate. Injection of opioid for 4 and, especially, 6 weeks leads to the complications and slowing the healing process of postinjection multiple wound of skin in the experiment. This is expressed on the ultramicroscopic level by deep changes both the epidermis and dermis structural components. The results can serve as a morphological basis for further research in dermatology and surgery. ER -
