Abstract

The influence of various treatment options on the dynamics of red blood indices, ferrokinetics and severity of the disease in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with different types of anemic syndrome has been evaluated. It has been established that the effectiveness of a pathogenetic correction of anemia in patients with SLE depends on its type, and the inclusion in the therapeutic complex treatment of recombinant erythropoietin-alpha for 12 weeks contributes to an improvement of the outcome of treatment.
