Abstract

This article proposes a new approach to the evaluation of the structure of hyaline cartilage, as well as ways to evaluate its regeneration under different conditions. It was shown that the regenerative process, stimulated by the use of autologous platelet-rich plasma, is clearly observed when subchondral plate is damaged and qualitatively manifested by the use of the basic brown coloration of histological specimens.
