Abstract

In experiment on guinea pigs histological and histochemical changes in damaged area of the skin were studied at different times after severe thermal trauma and crioliofilized xenograft-skin substrate usage. It was established that the use of this drug impacts in the positive way on the reparative regeneration of structural components of the skin and accelerates the healing of the wound.
