Abstract

Due to the facts of the prevalence of maxillofacial injuries caused by road traffic accidents it is an urgent need to analyze complex causality of related procedural and clinical aspects with the new fragmented and adapted approach for assessment objective criteria of dental health loss and the prospects for full or partial rehabilitation with the use of variability approaches of treatment. These aspects are crucial in the formulation of expert opinions for determination the amount of insurance compensation, as only comprehensive register of the initial dental status condition and its iatrogenic changes depending on the chosen method of treatment efficiency during first aid provision, and the adequacy of planned orthopedic and surgical interventions may be a criterion for prognostic assessment of long-term results of rehabilitation.
